Below describes all the changes LN&M have made to our Booking Site, Credit Card Processing, and our Cancellation Policy.
A.) Online Booking
ALL NEW LOCS, NATURALS AND MORE CLIENTS REQUIRE A CONSULTATION PRIOR TO BOOKING ANY SERVICES. FAILURE TO BOOK CONSULTATION WILL RESULT IN AN APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION

B.) Booking and Credit Card Policy
We ask that you please arrive at least five minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure you receive your full appointment time. All scheduled appointments are required to have a credit or debit card on file to hold the selected appointment, your card will NOT be charged unless you are late, cancel, or no-show for your appointment. There is a 3% processing fee for all credit debit card transactions, this fee can be avoided by paying cash.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you may have to reschedule your appointment and be charged a cancellation fee.
By booking an appointment, you agree and understand our late and cancellation policy, and agree to be financially responsible for any charges that result due to being late, cancelling, or not showing up for your appointment.
C.) Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an appointment, please contact us ASAP so we can offer your appointment to another client. If you cancel an appointment more than 24 hours before the scheduled date and time, no fee will be accessed. However, if you cancel less than 24 hours before, you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. A "same-day" cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of your scheduled service(s) will be assessed if you do not cancel by 5 pm the day before your scheduled appointment.
----- NO-SHOW Policy -----
If you fail to cancel and do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service(s).
